Return & Refund Policy

At Giftorify, all products are customized and made specifically for you. So we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order is confirmed.

Exceptions (if applicable):

We offer replacement or refund only if:

* You receive a damaged product

* You receive the wrong item

To be eligible, you must:

* Inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery

* Share clear photos/videos as proof

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or partial/full refund as appropriate.

Order Cancellation:

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation, as production begins immediately.

Note:

* Minor color or design variations may occur due to screen differences and are not considered defects

* No refund/return for errors in customization details provided by the customer
